This does not include weekends or holidays or delays due to special order items shipping in from an off-site warehouse. Californian? You’re in luck! Since our main warehouse is located in California you can expect your package a bit earlier if all items are accessible from our main warehouse— usually within 2-3 days. Shipping fees vary depending on your location.

*Additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer in regards to International orders only. Prices vary by country.
ORDER TRACKING & STATUS
To check the status of your order log into YOUR ACCOUNT HERE or Click on the Account Icon in the top navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed. If you do not know how to log in to your account, please email email@example.com including your order number, first & last name, and clearly stating your question. We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Returned items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
We only accept exchanges on merchandise available in sizes. If the size you ordered does not fit, you may exchange for a proper size within 60 calendar days of receipt. We do not accept exchanges on merchandise available in one size.
U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Fill out the Return and Exchange Form included within your package
2. Place item(s) you wish to return and/or exchange, along with the Return and Exchange Form, in original box (if possible).
3. Ensure package is sealed properly and old labels are removed.
4. Attach the pre-paid label on top of your package
5. Drop-off package to any authorized UPS facility.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a pre-paid label
2. Fill out the Return and Exchange Form included within your package
3. Place item(s) you wish to return and/or exchange, along with the Return and Exchange Form, in original box (if possible).
4. Ensure package is sealed properly and old labels are removed.
5. Attach the pre-paid label on top of your package
6. Drop-off package to any authorized USPS facility.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
