If you would like to make an exchange or return, use the "Request Return" link to submit your reason & you will receive a reply with shipping instructions on approved order that meet our Return Policy requirements.

U.S. RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may Request a Return Authorization within 30 days of receipt less any shipping return charges. Returned items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the tags attached. Please allow 7-10 days for return shipment processing. We will email once your return has been processed.

SALE ITEMS
All discounted sales are final and not eligible for returns. Returns on BOGO promotion items are only eligible for a refund if both items are returned. In the case where a returned item disqualifies the original purchase for a promo code or special offer, the promotion will be reversed and any applicable shipping charges will be applied and deducted from the return.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE FEES

Please keep in mind for International orders, all return/exchange shipping fees are the customers responsibility including any potential import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are not included in the item price or any additional charges customs clearance that your country imposes. Please contact your customs office to inquire about these charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that shipping outside the U.S. can take longer than expected and your tracking number may not work the entire time. Items must pass through your countries customs system first which can take a few weeks on it's own. Please allow at least 4 weeks for your item to clear customs.
